This paper use the ultrafine powder of eucalyptus and masson pine bark as research object,put them in MUF after break the Cell-wall, it can not only increase the forest-waste utilizationvalue but can also offer material as adhesive filler instead flour.Based on the modern instrument analysis, the constituention,the cell burst level,thefracture of chemical bonds and particle size have enormous influence on the physicochemicalproperty of the bark of eucalyptus and masson pine.(1) The bark of eucalyptus and masson pine have a mass of acid-insoluble lignin,tannin,fiber and a few Oil,lignin content in the bark of eucalyptus is10.96%,in the bark of massonpine is42.35%,the tannin in the bark of eucalyptus is2times of the masson pine bark, the Oilin the masson pine bark is3times of the eucalyptus bark.(2) Observed by electron microscope, cell rupture serious with fineness and the tanninemission increase;The infrared analysis of ultrafine powder indicated that the peak wavelengthof eucalyptus are more obvious than masson pine;Mesh400of eucalyptus and masson pinebark screening even up to ultrafine powder level by particle-size analyzer;The surface tensionswould rise with the increasing of fineness;Bonding strength Increased between ultrafinepowder and MUF after added OP-10.(3) Study on bonding strength of MUF and the formaldehyde emission after ultrafinepowder added in MUF, the bonding strength increase10%than the blank after the powder of400mesh Size added in MUF, the formaldehyde emission all less than flour as adhesive filler.
