Following from reducing of fossil fuel, research on Bio-energy gets much more than other days. In the proceed of preparation bio-fuels, dewatering processes had been used. Characteristic as "high moisture, low DP, low viscosity", make traditional dewatering equipments can not be used. as this situation, a new type of dewatering equipment should be researched.Yeast dewatering in preparing of bio-fuels as a application filed, cell disruption and dewatering sequel had been researched. Macro-view & Micro-view of physical model and relation between initial moisture and residential time had been built. The relations between initial moisture, die pressure, die moisture had been built. Based on those relations, a design principal has been built. And Operating Characteristic-Map had been bult as a critical way of Predicting operating condition and Adjusting of screw squeezer operation parameters.Based on theoretical research of screw squeezer, new types of single/twin screw squeezer had been designed. Dewatering process of yeast had been researched experimentally. Its results show that research conclusions fit the demand of project. In the meantime, Operating Characteristic-Map had been verified.
