At present, papermaking industry is developing rapidly. The amount of waste water produced in the papermaking process has increased year by year, and the efficiency of dewatering the waste water has not improvement obviously,.Then lots of waste water also stay in the sludge which has been dehydrated. They can not be recycled, and also lead to great waste of water resources which has restricted the healthy development of papermaking industry seriously. Improve the efficiency of concentration and dewatering for the waste water has become an important issue which can helped the papermaking industry fit in the circular economy and sustainable development.The purpose of this research is to solve the problem of how to improve the efficiency of concentration and dewatering for the waste water in papermaking industry,.Then design a dewatering system which has high efficiency of concentration and dewatering for the waste water.Firstly,analyzed the characteristics of paper making sludge generally,established the basic process of sludge dewatering,and analyzed the coordination of the various parts.The key equipment was modeled and analyzed by using modern design software.According to the theory of flocculation and agitation,made some relevant theoretical research of papermaking sewage conditioning.Got different flocculant proportion and an overall increase in the amount of papermaking waste water flocculation and the relationship between velocity and flocculation effect of stirring,Determined the formulation of the flocculant 、 additive amount and stirring speed used for Newsprint papermaking waste water.Finally,analyzed the screw shaft based on the principle of import and export solid sludge equal for screw press,then established the mathematical model of helix with equal diameters and variable pitches based on the dehydration parameters, analyzed the influence of the dewatering rate and the size of screw shaft. Simulated the screw shaft used by WORKBENCH,obtained the distribution of stress and strain of the screw shaft,then optimized the screw shaft.The calculation and analysis software has been formed, and has been applied in practice.
