When roadheader cuts coal rock , especially cutting half coal rock or hard tunnelling face ,complexity of working , periodic of cutting and over strong vibration and swing will directly influence the reliability and stability of the roadheader.This article establishes vibration model rigid-flex coupled of roadheader's cutting part on virtual prototype ,and simulates random load curve of cutting head in the work with the software Matlab,and researches vibration behavior in virtual prototype using ADAMS/Vibration module ,and determines modal shape and frequency which is adverse for overall system performance,by which it provides theory basis to effectively restrain vibration of roadheader's cutting Unit and optimiza local structure. Meanwhile,this conducts modal analysis ,static analysis and transient analysis of rotary tables using the finite element ANSYS.This extracts their respective connatural attribute of the rotary tables in free condition and constraint condition,and gains the state information of stress, strain and deformation of rotary tables in the moment of most value,and transient wave process of curve node of rotary tables near the moments of the most value,which provides value to optimiza the structure strength of rotary tables and improve impact resistance and vibration-proof ability. Finally,this is for reliability analysis for bolt groups connecting cantilever tube of transverse cutting arm with reducer shell,by which it decreases probability connecting loose under complex fierce impactloading, and provides the reasonable suggestion for improvement.This research offers optimization schemes for restraining vibration of roadheader cutting part,it is helpful to reduce development costs of the new product, to provide a new method for heavy engineering and mining equipment, which has great application prospect.
