To get more in line with the actual working conditions of roadheader dynamics curve. In this paper, on the basis of traditional roadheader's multi-body model, considering the track and the spindle of roadheader with the flexible nature create each plate and the ground track as the base element to establish rigid-flexible coupling model. Using the MATLAB language, established the horizontal roadheader digging load of the process of working then import the load into ADAMS to simulate actual working conditions. Compared with the traditional multi-body model and rigid-flexible coupling model curve, the roadheader by flexible coupling mode decreased the value of the main modes, acceleration extreme expanded to roadheader spectral density of the polar head value increases, the frequency of extreme low corresponding decrease. This concluding on the roadheader movements are vital important to design parameters.
