Currently, food safety is becoming more and more concerned about as the the emergence of food safety issues. Meanwhile, two-dimensional bar code technology plays a more and more important role in the food traceability with the development of logistics information technology and the maturity of two-dimensional bar code technology.Two-dimensional bar code has been under rapid development and application in today's society because of its large capacity, high reliability, safety, and its store characters of number, text and image information. Based on food safety problems, a food safety traceability system using two-dimensional bar code features and QRcode as a carrier is put forward, which is great useful for resolving the food safety problems.According to the characteristics of QRcode, the QRcode coding, image processing, decoding is introduced.
