In the development process of Natural gas wells, there are many factors causing liquid loading ,such as the impulse of the edge and bottom water, fracturing and acidizing. And liquid loading leads to the decline of the gas production, even crushed gas. At recent years, the methods of Recovery Gas by discharge Water include preferred pipe string drainage gas production, foam drainage gas production, air left drainage gas production, Beam pumping unit drainage gas production, ESP drainage gas production, Jet pump drainage gas production, Liquid nitrogen drainage gas production and so on. In the Technology series of drainage, foam has a lot of advantages. For example, they include about facilitate to construction, simple equipment, low cost, apply to much larger scope of hole depth, no affecting on the normal production of gas wells and high efficiency. Because of some gas wells with low-pressure and low-production, foam technology has many merits like facilitate to construction, fast convergence, low cost, no affecting on the normal production of gas wells etc. Therefore, it is received the domestic and foreign universal attention day by day. In view of Changqing gas field with low-production, low-pressure and less liquid throughput, especially Especially the new developed gas fields Zizhou-Mizhi, the reservoir with low porosity, low permeability and low-pressure, Moreover, along with the development extended, the number of low-production gas well increased substantially, As the gas wells'output lower, gas flow velocity slower, often appear liquid loading. The success of Foam drainage depends largely on the performance of frother used, so we should research on available foaming agent evaluation technology, to carries on the optimized choice. Zizhou-Mizhi gas field charactered with low production, condensate oil, high degree of mineralization. It needs to take the appropriate foam technology to exclude pit shaft liquid loading for improving the deliverability of gas wells, ultimately enhancing the rate of gas production in an hour and the contribution rate of gas wells. Through we have analysed the gas quality and the water quality, calculated liquid throughput, discerned technology characteristics and researched foam drainage technology, we have developed a new foaming agent named hy-3k with high degree of mineralization, anti-oil and anti-methanol, optimized the parameters in refueling process, and software of calculating the parameters in foam technology, solved foaming agent optimization, parameters optimization, matching technology and other issues,. So we have formed a foam gas drainage technology system with Zizhou - MiZhi field characteristics for enhancing the rate of gas production in an hour and the contribution rate and improving the economic results of gas field in the end..
