With the development of the gas field further, the pressure of gas well reduced gradually,the producing water of gas wells is increasing and the wellbore effusion become more andmore serious. The main method of drainage gas is foam dewatering gas in Sulige Gasfieldproduction test wells.So it is important practical significance of the development of a suitableefficient foaming agent. And it can achieve efficient, sustainable and balanced developmentfor the implement water production gas well.This paper analyzed and researched the formation water’s characteristics of productiontest wells.According to the reservoir characteristics and the mechanism of foaming surfactant,The preliminary screening non-ionic and amphoteric ionic surfactants,and on the basis ofusing the height and liquid carrying capacity as the evaluation index.Optimization ofpreferably a single foaming agent and composite with them, according to the synergistic effectbetween surfactants, adding the stabilizer to the composite foam for enhances the strength ofthe foam.Finally,get a salt tolerance and anti-methanol foaming agent YG, it is formulation ofFQ-G:LQ-B:dodecagon mass ratio7:3:0.040.This paper evaluated a foaming agent YG in all directions, such as salt tolerance,anti-methanol, anticoagulant oil, temperature resistant and corrosion performance, etc. Theresults showed that:foaming agent YG has resistance to high salinity and resistance toanti-high methanol ability, when salinity is25×104mg/L, foaming height is200mm, liquidcarrying capacity is174mL, methanol content is40%, the foaming height is190mm and liquidcarrying capacity is160mL, The foaming agent YG’s anticoagulant oil and temperatureresistant is also better, it has a certain ability of corrosion, and the corrosion rate issignificantly less than the usual use foaming agent. Through the characterization of the foammorphology, discussing the stability mechanism of the foaming agent in salt water、methanolsolution and condensate oil solution.It tested in11#well field and carried out that it discoveredoil sets pressure reduced2.59Mpa by the comparison of production situation of constructionon before and after,three-days it increased cumulative volume of3.18ten thousand cubicmeters, foam dewatering gas was obvious effect.
