| Based on large numbers of tests for the physical-mechanical performance and the thickness of soft tissue on females'body, the paper focused on developing an intimate apparel mannequin which modling a real-body structures of a female. The mannequin is a kind of model with bone and soft skin. The bone is made of polycarbonate. Soft tissue of body is simulated by silicone and polyurethane, and feels like a real body. It's habiliment display and designing apparel best model.Firstly,200 females whose ages ranges between 20 and 39 were measured about the skin elasticity,hardness of soft tissue on human bodys. 30 women whose ages are from 20 to 39 were selected to be the small-sample and be measured the skin-fold thickness of the human body. Based on the analysis of the tests data collected, we test several materials to get the right kind of soft materials. Secondly, on the basis of human anatomy and hysiology, it's built of the 3D models virtual about shin modeling,muscle modeling and human skeleton ,which is obtained from the female body by scanning of the 3D laser scanner. Then, sculpting and molding the 3D models virtual, pouring the polyurethane and silicone rubber to the skeleton. A real-mannequin has been development.Through measured the elasticity and hardness of the mannequin, ananysis the differences between human body and mannequin. The results show that the elasticity of the mannequin is close to the human body ,the hardness of the mannequin is higher than the human body . |
