| For the problem of potential safety hazard existed in coal mine auxiliary shaft lift system, this paper designs a set which can weigh the tramcar of the auxiliary shaft. It not only can monitor the weight of the car in real time, but also can realize remote monitoring. This device can give out sound and light alarm signal when the tramcar is overweight or the weight difference exceed requirementsThe background and necessity for designing the weighing system of mine car are introduced at the first. Then the idea and scheme of the design are realized according to the user requirement. The system is composed of two sub-machines and a host machine. The paper introduces the hardware and software design of the sub-machine and host-machine in detail. The sub-machine uses AT89S52 as the core chip. The pressure is changed into voltage signal through pressure sensor, and then voltage signal is converted into frequency signal after amplification and V/F switch. After measuring by AT89S52, the frequency signals are stored in AT93C46. The final outcomes are displayed by HD7279. Host machine also includes the hardware and the software design. It is mainly used to display the data which is gathered by sub-machines. The LCD VK63 can display kinds of data that has been converted and uploaded by two sub-machines, such as gross weights and the weight difference value of the up-well and down-well and so on. The staff can judge whether it is safe through the observed data on host machine. The communication between sub-machine and host machine is finished by RS485 BUS. Finally, the paper narrated how to install the equipment. One sub-machine is fixed at up-well and the other is fixed at down-well. The host machine can realize the long-distance installment. This equipment works well at coal mine now, it is very stable and reliable, and it achieves the design objective to weighting the mine car in real time. The accidents during lifting and lowering process have been prevented effectively by this equipment. |
