With the development of industry, noise pollution has seriously influenced people's work, life and physical health. Therefore, the prevention and control of noise pollution have become the most urgent topic. At present, noise materials have been studied by many scholars all over the world. PVC-Composite sound insulation material which contains steel slag powder (SSP) has good sound insulation performance. However, its flame-retardance, thermal stability and mechanical properties are poor. And the production efficiency is low. So, using good Process method to produce flexible PVC-Composite sound insulation material and realizing industrialization are very significant. In this paper, the samples were made by laminating in the beginning. In order to improve its performances, the formula was changed. Then, extruding molding was used to realize the industrialization of sound insulation composite which has good comprehensive performance.The two-channel acoustic analyzer, DMA, SEM and universal material testing machined were used to analyze the sound insulation performance, the dynamic mechanical property, the structural morphology, and the mechanical properties of the composite. The thermal stability of the composite was studied by TGA. The content of Dioctyl-Phthalate (DOP) was reduced, and the chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) was added .This paper has studied the effect of CPE on the composite including sound insulation performance, dynamic mechanical properties, the influence of static mechanics performance etc, and the best content of CPE was found out. In order to improve composite's thermal stability, different kinds of heat stabilizers were added.The optimal type and optimum dosage of stabilizers were found out and was used in future experiment. Three kinds of different reinforced materials including glass fiber fabric, aluminium foil and non-woven fabric, were added to improve the mechanical properties of composite. The effects of different reinforced materials and different laminated ways on the composite were studied. Through studying the parameters of extruding molding, the industrialization of flexible PVC-Composite sound insulation material was realized at last. The main conclusions were as follows:(1) Sound insulation performance: Changing the content of CPE has little effect on sound insulation performance of composite in the low frequency area. But it can shallow the "consistent" in the high frequency area. The effect of categories and contents of heat stabilizers on the sound insulation performance of composite are not obvious. Both laminating the reinforced materials on the surface and in the middle of the composites can improve their sound insulation performance. Especially the composites with the reinforced materials in the middle, which have good sound insulation performance in the high frequency area .But in the low frequency area,their sound insulation performances are decreased;(2) Mechanical property: Increasing content of CPE can increase the breaking elongation, decline the tensile strength and the stiffness of the composites. Adding the Epoxy soybean oil (ESO) and Ca/Zn composite stabilizers can make composite's flexibility better. But the rare earth -low lead compound stabilizer makes composite's flexibility worse.All the heat stabilizers can, to some extent, improve the tensile strength and breaking elongation. The mechanical properties of composites are greatly improved after laminating the reinforced materials. Especially adding the glass fiber fabric, the composite's breaking strength is increased more than three times. The stiffness of composite is increased after laminating reinforced materials. The order is: laminated glass fiber fabric﹥laminated aluminium foil﹥non-woven fabrics﹥laminated non-woven﹥the composite with no reinforced material.(3) Thermal stability: Adding the CPE can decrease the thermal stability of composite. The initial decomposition temperatures of composite is rised and the first rate conversion is moved into higher temperature direction after adding the Heat stabilizers.(4) Extrusion molding: When making the flexible PVC-composite sound insulation materials by extrusion molding,the temperatures need to be strictly controlled, the rate of extrusion and the traction matching should be matched . Using extrusion molding machine can mix materials better, increase the mechanical properties and flexibility of composite, improve the production efficiency and realize industrialization.
