With the rapid development of dairy industry in China, dairy wastewater have became a typical of food wastewater with serious environmental pollution and wide influence, so how to deal with the dairy processing wastewater is very necessary, practical and viable approach to become the main objective of our research. Compared to other typical industrial wastewater, the pollution of dairy wastewater than a single and relatively mild, but choosing a reasonable processing can reduce production costs and improve economic efficiency of enterprises.This topic chosen "Bai Ao Bao " is a kind of mixture bacterium combine with wastewater treatment system, make use of characteristics that biological growth of bacteria active in water environment, propagation speed, can broken down the organic matter into lactic acid, water, carbon dioxide and nitrogen, as a source of food to gain energy and reproduction of new cells, combined with the characteristics of dairy wastewater, with purification treatment and research of dairy wastewater, the main conclusions by experiment as follows:At different processing time, temperature, pH, initial concentration and dosage of each factor under study mixed probiotics for dairy wastewater treatment impact test results show that the initial concentration, dosage and processing time on the mixed bacteria treatment effect of the larger dairy wastewater. Water temperature 25℃-30℃,pH8-9,put the amount of mixed probiotics 0.75g/L,the total phosphorus concentration of 40mg/L of dairy wastewater treatment seven days, up 69.8% of the phosphorus removal efficiency, total nitrogen concentration of 50mg/L of water for 7,to get 45.3% of the nitrogen removal efficiency. Dosage to 1g/1, the value of CODCr 1157mg/l of dairy wastewater, COD removal efficiency reached 69.2%.Putting this mixture bacterium to one factory's sewage treatment system in Wannin with comprehensive treatment up to a year and a half of running, the monitoring results showed that the water quality in the TP concentration less than 1.0mg/L, CODCr less than 60mg/L, BOD5 less than 15mg/L,SS less than 20mg/L,removal efficiency higher than 85%.In addition, TN, color and other indicators have reached "Pollutant discharge standard for urban sewage treatment plant" (GB18918-2002) in a Class B standards. This study showed that "Bai Ao Bao" mixture bacterium deal with dairy wastewater, low investment and operating cost, higher pollutant removal efficiency, stable and easy operating, promising applications.
