The fabric reinforced cement based composite shows significant advantages, it is a new kind of composites. In this dissertation, study the warp-knitted multi-axial grid fabric is used as reinforcement:Analyzes the warp-knitted multi-axial grid fabrics as reinforcement used in cement-based composite. Reinforcing cement materials as a starting point, Based on the size of grid and mechanical properties, it explains the selection of reinforcing yarn, the direction and layout mode of yarns and the bonding construction in details. It also gives the computational methods for calculating the gauge of yarns and areal density of fabric.The warp-knitted multi-axial grid fabrics are studied with tension test, observed the arising phenomenon, and get the tensile date, calculate the elastic modulus of fabrics, From the tensile data ,we found that the multi-axial warp yarn layer fabric tensile strength related to area density and line density; there are mutual force between the yarn layers, which makes when one direction area increase will reduce or increase the strength in other directions; the 90°and +45°yarn layer are middle layer in fabric structure, more stable than others; the maximum utilization direction of fabric strength is 45°.By fixed the cement matrix, though the three-point bending test to study the fabric reinforced cement based composites, then make sure the glass fiber fabric surface treatment, the number of fabric layers, the thickness of the cement level, the mesh size of the fabric for the composite material influence, ultimately determine we get the composite materials preparation process.Different specifications of warp-knitted multi-axial grid fabrics as the reinforcement and fixed ratio cement as matrix materials, the composite materials are studied with flexural and tension testing, the results indicate the fabric can enhanced toughness. From the relevant fiber reinforced theoretical to reason the fabric reinforced cement-based theoretical formula, then, combined with the actual value, we found that due to the structure and properties of fabrics and composite mechanical, The 0°yarn layer in composite materials take the explicitly load, 45°yarn level of change in density on properties of greatest impact, 90°yarn level of change in density on strength of composite is minimal.The research provided a reliable reference to enhance the structure and property of multi-axial warp knitted fabric reinforcing cement-based material, and also laid a foundation for enhanced the composite material mechanics performance optimization.
