The wide application of insulating glass in many fields accelerates the development of the insulating glass processing machinery industry. Nowadays, the technology of insulating glass processing machinery equipment in foreign countries is relatively mature; most of the domestic insulating glass processing machinery equipment also realizes automation or half automation. In the insulating glass processing production line, automatic glass glue is the last but decisive step.In this thesis, the mechanical and electrical structure of the automatic glass glue machine prototype is described; the glue production process of the prototype is introduced; the performance test of the following poor working conditions of the prototype was conducted:1. Lifting motor performance test. The mechanical structure of the glue supply and glue gun system were analyzed; the equivalent moment of inertia of the lifting mechanism is calculated:control motor fever duo to the unmatched moment of inertia is excluded after verifying the moment of inertia of the glue supply and glue gun system matches that of the lift motor.2. Output shaft torque test of the input section motor. The test system of the rotating motor output shaft is established by means of resistance strain gauge method; parallel resistance method is applied to calibrate the test system; at last the servo control system is used to inspect the test results. Test results show that the gathered data and the test data are in the range of allowable error, which proves the feasibility of the test method and the credibility of the test results.3. Harmonic interference test. The access exchange linear reactor method was adopted to suppress strength of harmonic interference; professional harmonic test instrument was used simultaneously to test circuit connected to a reactor and circuit not connected to a reactor. The result proves that the method can effectively inhibit the harmonic interference of the servo drive inherent the prototype.In addition, the production process and procedures manual of the supporting control cabinet of the automatic glass glue machine are provided.And it was discribed in this thesis.
