Arching of pallet cars existing on sintering machine is a big problem which has been puzzling the industry of sintering for many years. Arching of pallet cars cause the leak of air, effecting the improve of efficiency. It leads to a high cost and a waste of energy. Installing a hydraulic torque-loading device at tail of the star-shaped can resolve this problem.In this way,it balances the surplus torque which causes the arching of pallet cars.The solution can prolong the useful life of the machine,reduce the consume of energy,and improve the efficiency. It shows great significance in practical.According to the analysis of the dynam of torque, the author finds a way of controlling the arch of the sintering machine, and put forward a method of using hydraulic torque-loading device to offset the surplus torque.The article introduces the theory of hydraulic resistance torque-loading device and the process of designing. Aimed at the working character of the star-shaped tail of sintering machine, the author creatively adopts a hydraulic motor series accelerator instead of a hydraulic pump for the purpose of loading.By analyzing, the author acquired a mathematical model about hydraulic system.Then he established the resistance torque load device in AMESim model. AMESim is a kind of software for system simulation. It offers an theoretical answer about the shake when loading.Knowing the reason of the shake in hydraulic system, the author comes to a resolution.Adding accumulator and installing long-distant pressure control system, after these the author simulate the modified hydraulic system again.It shows that the system running in good condition and the hydraulic system works well. The output torque can offset the surplus torque.It achieves the purpose.
