Vitamin E is an important nutritional indicators in infant formula is in the growth of infants and young children in particular, is a fat-soluble vitamin plays an important role in neonatal growth. Vitamin E for infants, especially newboms, preterm children during growth and development has an important impact. So,Vitamin E content in infant formula, stability have an important impact for infant growth. The article revolves around the theme of the infant formula vitamin E stability following:1. Development of detection method of the normal phase high performance liquid chromatography infant formula in a-tocopherol and a-tocopherol acetate. Samples were directly extractedwith amixture of ethanol and n-hexanel. The chromatographic separation was performed at40℃in the isocratic elution mode using a mobilephase composed of a mixture of n-hexane and ethyl acetate (92.2:2.8, V/V). a-tocopherol and a-tocopheryl acetate presented average spike recoveries of6replicates at2levels of99.41%and102.17%, with relative standard deviations of3.45%and3.27%, The detection limits for a-tocopherol and a-tocopheryl acetate were5.5ng and6.9ng, respectively. The method demonstrates simplicity and high precision, recovery and sensitivity, and thus has promising potential for practical applications.2. The infant milk powder production process in each phase of the process of a-tocopherol, alpha-tocopherol acetate loss situation. Through sampling and testing of each process which vitamin E content, compared to each phase of the process of a-tocopherol, a-tocopherol acetate loss situation. Finally the most obvious loss of vitamin E in the UHT sterilization processes, as well as high temperature enrichment process stage.3.Studied the relationship between nutrition enhancer with different amounts of loss of vitamin E status in the infant milk powder production process under laboratory conditions. In a certain range, with the increase of alpha-tocopherol acetate was added, the rate of loss of vitamin E in infant milk powder production process increasing. With the increase of vitamin C dosage increase, infant milk powder production process after the loss of vitamin E deereased first. With the increase of the metal salts added, the loss of vitamin E was increased first to reduce the infant formula.4.The research of infant milk powder at room temperature (20℃) within12months of vitamin E losses, the gap between the different formulations of vitamin E loss. Contrast with the loss of vitamin E in60℃after6weeks of storage. Overall, infant formula, α-tocopherol less stable,60℃for6weeks loss of40%α-tocopherol acetate is relatively stable, the loss is not obvious.5.Through the research of the interaction between the VC, VE during storage of infant formula, the determination of different gradient VC, VE infant formula VE, VC, loss of status, and ultimately between the two in the infant formula has a certainthe mutual influence, in the two lower concentrations, on the other side, a protective effect, increasing mutual stability, but when the concentration is too high will mutually promote each other's decomposition. |
