Steel metallurgical industry is one of the sectors with high energy consumption. As the technology obsolete, aging equipment and other reasons, the steel production process as a secondary by-product such as high energy, coke oven gas and converter gas utilization is low, addition, products of combustion and emissions of these products contain large quantities of harmful gases of serious environmental pollution. Currently most of our steel plants are present the phenomenon of surplus gas left, directly into the atmosphere not only can not achieve economic recycling, air pollution has on the environment. Therefore, using surplus coke oven gas as fuel for high gas-steam combined cycle power generation system CCPP (Combined Cycle Power Plant) in the development and application of this energy-saving and environmental protection for the steel industry has important engineering significance, this paper involved 220t/h high pressure gas furnace+50MW gas-fired steam turbine-generator unit is cycle power generation system (CCPP) is an extension application.Jinan Iron and Steel in the production process associated with a large number of blast furnace gas and coke oven gas, Jinan Iron and Steel in addition to iron and steel production is currently occupied part of the gas, there are a lot of gas left. Therefore, in order to resolve the remaining gas emission problems, resulting in a waste heat resources and environmental pollution, high temperature and pressure can be a new gas boiler, the construction has been relying on the Jinan Iron and Steel CCPP Project cogeneration system devices are still large potential to diffuse the volatile most of the blast furnace gas and coke oven gas and the small part of the rational use as boiler fuel, the boiler produces steam for the CCPP has been built 50MW turbine generator power, so as to achieve energy conservation, improve economic efficiency, if the project can be implemented through the use of gas heat, saving a lot of energy, optimizing energy structure of the configuration of the enterprise, while avoiding the gas emission of serious pollution to the environment, reduce business costs, economic benefits and economic security of steel production, area environmental protection and sustainable economic development have played an important role.The focus of this paper is to study the 220t/h high pressure gas furnace+50MW turbo-generator control system. Mainly for analog control system (MCS), boiler steam turbine coordination (female pipe pressure) control system,220t/h high pressure gas furnace control,50MW steam turbine control, the public system control and boiler furnace safety protection system (FSSS) was in-depth study, based on their control objectives of each system, combined with advanced technology, proposed to control the design, defined the main parameters of the system of automatic control and alarm chain requirements, in order to achieve effective and reasonable control of the control targets, so that the 220t/h high pressure gas furnace+50MW turbo-generator system is safe and stable operation also plays a vital role.Auto safety how effective the gas into the high-temperature autoclave furnace combustion control system is a very important aspect, which automatically adjust air and gas boiler system can effectively serve effectiveness has a close relationship. For a long time, the domestic unit of the automatic air conditioning system failed to properly put into operation, the main reason is to assist the mechanical build quality is poor, more spontaneous disturbance; imperfect measurements; adjust object properties of poor engineering design and practical requirements of running the site gap causes. The original design uses a PI regulator, the application of linear control algorithms, automatic input, the actuator moves frequently, transient stability is poor, is not conducive to safe operation of the boiler, turn off even cause an accident, automatically adjust the equipment equal to the dummy. Therefore, the final automatically adjust the gas boiler air supply system for further study and propose improvements.
