During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,the environmental protection industry will maintain an average annual growth rate of about 20%,with huge market space involving many industries.According to the development trend,the implementation of third-party environmental pollution control is easy to improve the quality management of environmental engineering operation and maintenance,and improve the level of professional operation and maintenance.With the rapid development of China’s environmental protection industry,in the next few years,the third-party environmental pollution control of various industries will continue to develop rapidly.China’s most polluted small and medium-sized coal-fired boilers consume 25%of coal annually,accounting for 60%of China’s total emissions of air pollutants.Xieqiao Mine is currently using four boilers,only through the water film dust collector for dust removal and desulfurization,can not denitrification treatment,the treated dust concentration is 80-180 mg/Nm~3,SO2 concentration is 1500-2600mg/Nm~3,NO_X concentration is 260-550 mg/Nm~3,can not meet the environmental requirements.Coal-fired boilers need to be re-selected for dust removal,desulfurization and denitrification systems,and matched with automatic control systems,so that flue gas discharge standards.Based on the actual project,this paper takes the flue gas dust removal,desulfurization and denitrification system of the coal fired boiler in Xie Qiao coal mine as the research object.Firstly,the development status and trend of dust removal,desulfurization,denitrification and automatic control system at home and abroad are studied one by one.According to the actual operating conditions of the boiler discharge,the construction technology is compared and the optimal solution is selected.Secondly,according to the site construction technology,the design and selection of distribution system and the design of control system organization structure are carried out.Through the application of PLC electronic control system,the data acquisition and analysis of the key process control points of the system,as well as the centralized control of the executing mechanism,the automatic real-time adjustment of the system running state is realized.This paper mainly introduces the design and development of the control system and the programming of the upper computer screen,which provides a guarantee for the stable and reliable operation of the system and finally meets the national boiler emission standard.Finally,the steps of system debugging and operation and key control points are introduced,which can provide design reference for similar projects in the future.Figure 53 table 9reference 46...
