The unique advantages of the injection machine could be summarized in terms of high speed, energy saving, low noise and high automation. Pump driven by servo motor (hereinafter referred to as servo pump ) injection machine is a kind of conventional hydraulic injection machine with the technology of servo motor drive and control. Thanks to its more simple hydraulic system, lower cost, excellent effect of energy saving, rapid and accurate movement and good quality of products, it now becomes the replacement of the traditional hydraulic injection machine and the crucial research subject in the injection machine industry. Therefore it has important practical value to do research on this kind of injection machine.This project focused on the 22HSe direct pressure servo pump injection machine produced by Donghua Machinery Ltd.. Based on the analysis of features in this type of hydraulic driving system, I established the whole physical and mathematical model of the hydraulic system, which included the servo motor, piston pump, hydraulic hoses, hydraulic cylinder and related load, and then built the virtual hydraulic transmission system model by simulation model of transmission system MATLAB/SIMULINK software. After the research, main conclusions in the thesis are as follows: 1. By comparing the simulation system with only ideal rotate speed signals, the simulation system with servo motor driving module can reflect the practical hydraulic system operation more veritably. 2. Among the structure parameters, the area on the piston rod into the oil cavity has impact upon the balance speed and the pressure most. 3. In the hydraulic parameters, viscous damping coefficient has the significant effect on the balance pressure.By virtual direct pressure servo pump injection machine transmission system platform developed by this project, the impacts of different motors, control methods, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic cylinders and channels on output characteristics were systematically analyzed in order to optimize the design of the system and improve the control plan. The project exerts a positive impact upon improving the efficiency of design and quality in the novel injection machine design.
