"Energy saving, precision and high efficiency" will be the inevitable direction of the development of plastic processing industry and equipment manufacturing industry.Nowadays, due to the need for precision machining products,such as automobile plastic fittings, DVDs,the superiority of Two-plate injection molding machine get fully reflected,the moldclosing force lines are short,rod by force balance is other injection molding machine cannot be substituted.This paper is based on the project of "Two-plate injection molding machine",and the design and simulation analysis of the hydraulic servo drive system of theTwo-plate injection molding machine.The main contents are as follows:In the chapter 1,t the development status of Two-plate injection molding machine and injection molding machine drive technologyhe are introduced in this thesis.Combined with the background,then briefly introduces the main contents of this paper and the main framework of this thesis.In the chapter 2,the process flow and structure of the injectionmolding machine are introduced in this thesis.Through the analysis of the working conditions of the injection molding machine,combined with the advantages and disadvantages of different driving schemes,the scheme of the drive system of the hydraulic servo drive is determined.In the chapter 3,according to the division of the functional modules of Two-plate injection molding machine,respectively to shift part of mold,lock parts of the mold,booster and brake parts were system design, and design of oil source system. At last,the paper gives the Two-plate injection molding machine hydraulic schematic layout.In the chapter 4, the structure and working principle of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in the servo drive system,and the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor in different coordinate system is established are introduced in this thesis.The vector control method of permanent magnet synchronous motor is proposed by analyzingthe mathematical model. Finally,the implementation method of space voltage vector control (SVPWM) technology is described.In the chapter 5,the basic situation of the simulation software AMEsim and Simulink are introduced in this thesis.Then use AMEsim simulation software to establish the simulationmodel of each hydraulic circuit simulation, using Simulink simulation software to establish the simulation model of the vector control of permanent magnet servo motor.Through the co simulation of two kinds of software to verify the in this paper, the design of thehydraulic servo drive system has good steady-state and transient performance and simulation analysis of the influence of key parameters on the precision of the system,energy consumption,operating time of,to obtain the optimal selection results.In the chapter 6, the work done in the thesis are summarized,and makes a prospect of the next step.
