Due to its structure's unique superiority, after mixing nano materials in the lubricating oil, its anti-wear and anti-friction performance may be possible to have the large scale enhancement. Besides, it has the suitable superiority in the high bearing capacity, high temperature and the environmentally-friendly, so has the very broad application prospect.This paper takes a self-made Nano graphite as the raw material, and then prepared the Nano graphite lubricant additives through the oxidized modification and surface modification method. The methods of 1R, XRD, SEM, TEM, settlement subsidence, centrifugal action and so on. can research to the Nano graphite surface modification situation and the oil solubility; Inspected the dispersing stable performance of surface modification nanometer graphite in different dispersing agents; And did the research on the tribology performance analysis of the Nano graphite; The synergistic effects between the liquid additive containing nano graphite and traditional additives were also studied.Experimental results indicated that:Prepared the Nano graphite through two times intercalated layered oxidization method, the average diameter was about 0.5um; thickness was approximately 40nm. On the condition of peroxyacetic acid as Nano graphite superficial oxidizing agent, the oleic acid when for the superficial modify agent, T152 was the dispersing agent, prepared the good performance oil-soluble Nano graphite lubricant additives, specially the oleic acid and the Nano graphite's mass ratio being 10:1, T152 and the liquid nanometer graphite mass ratio being 1:5. When the Nano graphite liquid additive is 0.8wt% in the 500SN base oil, the tribology performance was outstanding. Span-80, T202 and T321 have the cooperative effect including the Nano graphite liquid additive in the tribological performance; but T306 had the antagonistic effect with the Nano graphite liquid additive.
