The Feasibility Study Of Rural Domestic Pollution Treatment Project Of Hongfeng Lake In Guiyang City

China is a great agricultural country, Countryside, Agriculture, Peasant are always basically related to the overall situation of socialist modernization construction and Reform and Opening Up and the key point of the comprehensive construction of a well-off society and the constructing the socialist harmonious society. Since Opening Up the rural economy has obtained great development and the level of peasant's life has greatly been improved. However, the problem of environment pollution in rural area appears progressively, especially the problem of water pollution in rivers around the countryside which has become more serious. The trash pollution in rural area has become the key source to affect the quality of water. Many studies show that domestic sewage and domestic waste are the main kinds of sources to the trash pollution. Water in lake area is seriously affected by their arbitrary discharge which directly threats water supply, biology safety, people's health and social stability in the area around the lake. As the drinking water source of Baiyun District and Qingxin City, the quality of water in Lake Hongfeng has been apparently eutrophic. So it is badly necessary to start the comprehensive regulation project on the environment of villages around Lake Hongfeng.Based on the review of related literatures and according to the present situation the paper presents the necessity and feasibility to the comprehensive regulation project on the environment of villages around Lake Hongfeng and then presents the treatment scheme for the trash pollution in rural area. The project advise to deal with domestic garbage and domestic waste separately, with the process of multifunctional regulation, subsurface flow constructed wetlands and the free water constructed wetlands to deal with domestic sewage in rural area and build up11constructed wetlands,224Garbage collection sites and6refuse transfer station to deal with domestic waste in rural area around the lake. And then the paper studies on the feasibility of the aspects as project investment estimation, financing measure and benefit evaluation.To start the comprehensive regulation project on the environment of villages around Lake Hongfeng will play a key role in improving the quality of drinking water source in Guiyang City and it is also that the consequent neat scene will bring economy development in the related area. All of them show the project is necessary and urgent.
