| Respiratory protective mask play a very significant role in the actual production process, but the traditional design methods of the mask body is very difficult with a poor tightness and function, it can not fit well with the person's face. This paper use a very popular method-the reverse engineering technology as tools, combined with the forward design method to do the parameter design of respiratory protective mask hood; it also use the CAE software to analysis the reaction forming process of the respiratory protective mask body according to the characteristic of LSR, all of these work can do a good favor for the designing and forming process of the mask body.With a very depth study on the data acquisition,the point cloud pretreatment and surface reconstruction method on reverse engineering, This paper use the RANGE7laser scanner to obtain the point cloud data, and analysis the data of mask body. Divide the mask cover into different regions according to the different features, using the corresponding method to do the reverse design. Using Catia software both to design a reverse modeling in a fully parametric approach and the free surface modeling with the forward design methods, and to get product model of the mask body hood, it also analysis the model error and the mask body on the basis of the reverse design.According to the characteristics of the liquid silicone rubber molding, this paper studying the CAE principle of the reaction molding. It uses Moldflow to analysis the best gate location and gate form in the production process, and focus on the defects of the mask body in the molding filling process, according to the deformation,air bubbles and other issues, providing technical support for the mold design of the mask body, including the gating system,the exhaust device and so on; it also can analysis the process parameters. Set of orthogonal experimental with the molding temperature, the filling time,the gating dimension and the packing process to optimize the molding process parameters, to get the best molding temperature and filling time; analysis the theoretic of the reaction molding process, and deduce the formula of the liquid silicone rubber curing node, using Matlab to do the numerical solution and predict the stripping time. Doing the research on reverse engineering and parameter design can provide a very effective design method. Doing the forming simulation analysis on Mask body can optimize the product structure and production processes, it can shorten the product design and development cycle, reduce production costs, and it can also do good to the innovative design of the mask. |
