As the economy continues to develop, there is a growing concern about people's safety and health. For air pollution, toxic or harmful gases defence, not only from the whole management, such as green, massive dust filter etc, also to individual protection efforts. So the market demand of protective equipment is significant increasing, the types of products, quality requirements is very high. Protective respirators as PPE important constituent, its market mechanism is still not perfect, manufacturers technical level difference is bigger, the products are still exist many problems remained to be solved. In this context, the article is about the design of a new respiratory protection product.In this paper, three-dimensional modeling of products, structure and mold were discussed in detail.Overview the trend of development of respiratory protection products in recent years, their common features are:to reduce the quality of respiratory protection products, anti-virus products to improve dust respirator performance, service life, increase the use of functional protection products, to achieve a common mask, standardization and serialization, to better adapt to the body's physiological needs.In this paper the history of respiratory protection products is briefly introduced. There are a variety of respiratory protection products. People should choose suitable protection product according to different occasions. After many research and production of this practice, we decided to design a protective semi-self-absorption filter mask.Respiratory protection product adopt adaptation design from and facial fit of closed box design to shout stomatal and suction hole are described one by one. One involving the product design difficulties and precautions, and other design factors to consider, we hope to achieve more index requirements. Product USES headband connection valve with the new head bring collocation is used rather than direct structure design, structure design will be connected in mask body. We choose the best material of the cover molding materials by comparing the body performance of different rubber.On the subject of respiratory protection mask forming process was studied, and finally we decided to use liquid silicone rubber injection molding, this plan shorten molding cycle, improve the production efficiency and reduce labor intensity. Mold design using UG Mold Wizard module in the Settings, from start to finish the overall structure shrinkage mould, this paper expatiates the mould. Using UG design, there are many module which can be chosed is standard, so it save a lot directly with the time, more calculated modern social efficiency requirements.Using injection molding methods will shorten the molding cycle, increase productivity and reduce the relative cost, as well as help improve the utilization of raw materials, which would make the use of respiratory protection products more popular.
