| The TiO2/ZnO compound powders as antimicrobial agents were prepared by means of sol-gel method. The particle nano size of TiO2/ZnO were added to the viscose obtained in the antibacterial effect of viscose fiber by SEM, TEM, FTIR and XRD test and analysis the TiO2/ZnO antimicrobial compound particle size, dispersion, crystal type and antibacterial viscose fiber microstructure; during antibacterial testing, using the turbidity method (OD measured value), and oscillation bottle method (measure OD values). The washing-resistant experiment was examinated. The results showed that the particle size of TiO2/ZnO was around 40 nm and had good dispersibility and good compatibility with the spinning dope.Composite antibacterial agent appears anatase TiO2 and rutile crystal (compared with the standard map), and in the adhesive has better dispersion, conducive to spinning into a fiber。Antimicrobial agents by the added compound antibacterial viscose rayon fibers prepared by the antibacterial tests showed that, the viscose fiber on E. coli bacteria was 70% or more antimicrobial, Staphylococcus aureus bacteria on the rate of 60% or more; After 10 times washing numbers, inhibition rate of E. coli more than 60%, staphylococcus aureus on more than 50% inhibition rate, that have a more lasting antibacterial viscose fiber antibacterial properties and washing fastness.The experiment found that, the suitable preparation conditions are for the pH value of 7-8, temperature is 80℃, time is 2-3 h, after drying, calcination temperature is 550℃。In addition, NaOH and Na2CO3 solution injection rate is to slow, and to speed up the stirring speed, this will help get the small size product. Compared ZnO/TiO2 composite antibacterial agent in different pH value, at different reaction,different roasting temperatures and different roasting time produced a compound antibacterial agent ZnO/TiO2 differences and so on. |
