These defects some influence the appearance of the plastic product quality, some influence the mechanical properties of plastic products.This article through the LCD TV to support the model reconstruction, the use of Hypermesh model grid partition, then speak to divide after tetrahedral entity grid into Moldflow to set the proper gating system and the cooling system on injection molding process and CAE analysis. In times of change of injection molding process parameters and repeatedly changing the mold structure, the qualified rate of products has not been effectively improved.In comparison with double color injection molding technology, packets of plastic injection molding technology and injection molding technology advantages and disadvantages and vendor specific production situation, adopts a double color injection molding technology of thick solid parts, LCD TV mounting structure optimization design, we design the core shape (insert shape), optimization of plastic parts the overall shape, and in injection molding under the environment of the corresponding numerical simulation, analysis of insert and molding process of the best gate location, the best temperature and the best injection molding process parameters.In the use of double color injection molding technology, after many change core layer structure and size to meet the material requirements of the shear rate, thus avoiding the plastic raw material products to produce burnt scorch marks may. Cavitation number decreased significantly, small volume and majority is located on the edge of the product. After the actual factory inspection, product qualified rate increased significantly. In order to solve the wall thickness to process local apparent quality problems, effectively improve the qualified rate of products.
