The fans of different operation modes influent own demand and the unit output for Direct air-cooling, the More important is influence of the Power supply standard coal consumption rate. So rationally deploying output of different fans under different Environmental parameters, which is significant of Security for the summer and Economic operation.Variable condition characteristics of The air-cooled condenserand the Air cooling fan work performance are stated in the paper. Factors and laws which Influence of condenser pressure are researched. variable condition characteristics Air cooling steam turbine is analysed. It use equivalent enthalpy drop method and the influence of exhaust steam pressure for the generating unit output is explored. the drawing tools of GAMBIT and FULENT numerical simulation platform are introduced. It focuses on the application of porous medium boundary conditions.Taking a 600 MW direct air-cooling unit as an example. CFD soft-ware, SIMPLE algorithm and k-εturbulence model are used to establish the calculation mode of the operation optimization for the Direct air-cooling unit air-cooling island. External flow field of Air-cooling island is numerical simulated. Flow field and temperature field are got under different wind speed. The influence of surrounding air speed for inlet air rate and Air cooling fan output in unit.The influence of different wind speed under different wind direction for the condenser average heat transmission effectiveness is analyzed. The change rule of heat transmission effectiveness and wind speed reach to lowest when Air reflow and flow backward appeared. According to the condenser variable condition characteristics, calculation the energy consumption and unit net revenue under different wind speed conditions and proposing increase fan speed of windward side obtained the best speed and its net earnings under different wind speed. Providing a theoretical reference. To the optimal operation mode under the condition of different environmental wind speed.
