Direct air-cooled system exchangs heat with the air directly by the condenser to cool the exhausted steam, Cooling air source power provided by the axial flow fan, the axial flow fan expose to the air, so the environmental wind is bound to have effect on the normal operation of the air-cooled condensers, so air cooling fan operating mode should be as environmental conditions vary, the axial flow fan of different operation modes will make its power consumption produce very big change.This paper takes a 600MW direct air-cooling unit as an example, introduces air-cooling axial flow fan's performance parameters and properties, and analyzes the air-cooled condenser characteristics, introduces the fluent software used, With simple algorithm and k-εturbulent model,adoptes a porous medium model handle the air-cooled condenser of finned tube, numerical simulates the air cooling island external flow field, it is concluded that the different environmental conditions the air-cooled condenser of thermal in different environmental wind temperature and speed, then analyses the environment condition changes on the air-cooled condenser heat transfer effect. Then changes fan operation mode and simulates the different environmental conditions of air-cooling island, analyzes the external flow field in a different environment conditions of different fan operation way the air-cooled condenser heat transfer effect, Using the air-cooled condenser variable condition theory, calculates with the variable condition, obtaines the air-cooling unit back pressure in the different environmental conditions, using steam turbine the last stage calculation method, calculates the output of generating unit changes with different back pressure, achieve the best value for fan rotation speed in the different environmental conditions, provides certain theoretical reference for direct air-cooling unit in the actual operation.
