With the development of our country's economy , the technique of indoor air clean Born in early years of 1960s is not only needed in military project, the latest and sophisticated technology but also widely used in environment protection ,medical treatment ,pharmacy , foodstuff, textile ,agriculture ect . in the last few years the technique of indoor air clean play important role in integrate circuit production, special illness operation , nursing treatment pharmaceutical trade and quality management standard implementing ,actually it is becoming one of symbol of product activity and science experiment modernization of our country . beginning investment of clean room especially high cleanliness class room is very big, operating administrative expense is very high. each big technology country of world pay much attention to the progress of native technology of clean room. the cleanliness degree of clean room obtaining has close relation with air flow organization.《Architectural technical code for military clean operating department 》was put into practice in our country in 1996, 《architectural technical criterion for military hospital clean nursing treatment cell》 was carried out in 1997,so were《building criterion for hospital clean operating department》in 2000 and 《Architectural technical code for hospital clean operating department》 -GB50333-2002 formally in December,2002. At present, our country is reconstructing and building hospital cosmically , promulgation and implement of 《Architectural technical code for hospital clean operating department》will be helpful to promote our country clean operating room reconstruction and foundation to healthful development .The author adopts generally used CFD software , uses k-e turbulent flow model , implements SIMPLW methods , then sets up model in CFD, amends boundary condition, processes data and experimentalizes to testify the calculation of software , studies on properties of air flow in local laminar air flow operating room. Main research content :1, the computer simulation on local laminar air flow operating room with no enclosure (I grade)The author research proper velocity of supply air and air flow organization under different shape and size in local laminar air flow operating room to guide project design.2, the computer simulation on local laminar air flow operating room(I grade) with partial enclosure The author research proper velocity of supply air and air flow organization under different shape and size in local laminar air flow operating room with partial enclosure to realize optimum ratio of quality and price3,the effect of shadowless operating lamp on air flow organizationexamining state regulated in operating room code of our country is as-built clean room or at-rest clean room. In practice , there is shadowless operating lamp above operating table, while the effect of the size of lamp on local laminar air flow state of operating room is often neglected , and little research has been done in the area. The author studies the effect of the size of lamp on local laminar air flow state of operating room to direct shadowless operating lamp choosing and offer theoretical foundation for shadowless operating lamp using .4 ,experimentalizes to testify the calculation of software.In order to compare the differences of these two methods ,the author adopts integration of the computer simulation and application real project. Through spot test, testifies the reliability of result of the computer simulation.
