To explore the lipid-lowering effects of Earthworm fibrinolytic enzyme on hyperlipidemia of mice. Animal experiments:Fibrinolytic agents used for prevention of experimental mice, the results show that:earthworm fibrinolytic enzyme on the formation of lipid disorders have a good preventive effect; mice significantly decreased TC, TG, LDL, AST, MDA and other indicators to improve the small Rat HDL, LPL indicators and SOD activity; Immunohistochemistry results showed that earthworm fibrinolytic enzyme can effectively reduce the liver cell adhesion molecule expression of I; preventive effect of the agent in the appropriate dose of enzyme.Fibrinolytic agents used for treatment of hyperlipidemic mice, the results show that:earthworm fibrinolytic treatment of mice with high viremia have a good effect; mice significantly decreased TC, TG, ALT and other indicators, increased LPL, HL, SOD activity; Immunohistochemistry results showed that earthworm fibrinolytic enzyme can significantly reduce the liver cell adhesion molecule expression of I; treatment dose to the dose of enzyme agent for the best.3.Conclusion:earthworm fibrinolytic enzyme for the good of hyperlipidemia and significant preventive effect of treatment. The mechanism may be by reducing lipid absorption. Accelerate the excretion of hepatic cholesterol, regulate cholesterol metabolism and lipoprotein metabolism to promote the transformation of triglyceride metabolism and accelerate the transformation of liver cells and reduce repair and stable cell adhesion molecule expression ofâ… several aspects.
