The Clinical Observation Of Blood-activating-dispersing Traditional Chinese Medicine On Hydrosalpinx Infertility After Hysteroscope And Laparoscope Operation

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of women with hydrosalpinx infertility with blood-activating-dispersing TCM multi-channel treatment after hysteroscope and laparoscope operation.Methods:60 patients, who were consistent with the diagnostic criteria to this experiment, were divided into two group randomly. Treatment group(n=30) were treated by multi-channel treatment of tutor's experience oral prescription combined with coloclysis of TCM after hysteroscope and laparoscope operation; control group (n=30) were treated by observed only regularly after hysteroscope and laparoscope operation. After experiment, the blood-activating-dispersing TCM treatment was evaluated by pregnancy rate,tubal patency rate,hydrosalplinx rate,clinical symptoms of patients in different groups.Results:1. Pregnancy comparison:The treatment group contained 30 patients, and the pregnant rate was 36.67%, which 11 cases were pregnant (1 case of ectopic pregnancy); The control group contained 30 patients, the pregnant rate was 13.33%, which 4cases were pregnant (2 case of ectopic pregnancy).Between the two groups, the pregnancy rate of treatment group was higher than the control treatment group (P<0.05), and the ectopic pregnancy rate was not significant (P>0.05)2. TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) symptoms effect comparison:After 6 menstrual cycles:total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, and that of the control group was 76.67%, There was a significant difference(P<0.05).3. Score of TCM symptom comparison:After 6 menstrual cycles, there is significantly difference after treatment in the treatment and control group(P<0.05).4. Tubal patency comparison:After 6 menstrual cycles:the tubal patency rate of treatment group which was 72.73% was higher than control group, There was a significant difference (P<0.05), hydrosalpinx rate which was 12.12% was lower than control group, There was a significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Using blood-activating-dispersing TCM on hydrosalpinx infertility after hysteroscope and laparoscope operation, can improve effectively patients'TCM symptoms, prevent re-adhesion of the pelvic and recurrence of hydrosalpinx, increase the pregnancy rate.
