| Fallopian tube obstruction is an important factor of female infertility, In recent years, with the rising incidences of sexually transmitted diseasesas and the increasing number of uterine cavity operation, the incidence of salpingemphraxis sterility increased obviously.The treatment for the nearly paragraph of the fallopian tube obstruction at present is various oviduct recanalization surgery, but after treating with operations, the oviduct carry person who keep oviduct unobstructed degree, block adhesion behind the skill far and blocking one of the infertile problems that low pregnancy is still troubling of fallopian tube obstructionOur research's cases come from the gynecology clinic department of Guangdong second hospital of TCM and the gynecologiy department of the first afliliated hospital of Guangzhou university of TCM. According to the unified diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, we choose qualified objects. The treatment group use fallopian tube recanalization to cooperate with internal and external of invigorate medicine together, in the solution of tubal obstruction, actively treat chronic inflammation of the fundamental questions, While improving the environment inside tubal and pelvic within the environment, thus better recovery oviduct tubes of the function and maintain patency, improve the pregnancy rate.Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of a therapy involving fallopian tube recanalization and the application of blood activating dispersing traditional chinese medicine (TCM) upon infertility caused by fallopian tube obstruction. and the study would address a way of both symptoms and root to infertility by fallopian tube obstruction.Methods:72 Patients with salpingemphraxis sterility were recruited in a prospective randomized controlled study.The patients were divided into two groups:the experimented group (treatment group, n=45) and the controlled group (n=27).The experimental group received blood activating dispersing TCM during and after fallopian tube recanalization, while the control group underwent fallopian tube recanalization only. Nobody were lost during the follow-up. After three month follow-up the rates of tubal patency, constitutional symptom, clinical effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and pregnancy.Result:(1) The clinical curative effect of fallopian tube recanalization:the two groups of patients with therapeutic level distribution haven't statistical significance (P>0.05), but the experimental group have a higher rate of complete tubal patency than the control group; (2) The clinical effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory: the experimented group can effectively improve clinical symptoms of chronic pelvic inflammation, and shorten the time of symptoms disappeared. the two groups of patients with therapeutic level distribution have statistical significance, and the experimental group have a significantly higher rate of cute and recovery than the control group. (3) follow-up today the intrauterine pregnancy rate of the experimental group was 22.2%, more than the control group's 3.7%.Conclusion:Fallopian tube recanalization and the application of blood-activating-dispersing traditional chinese medicine has favorably clinical efficacy, it not only can advance the circulation, recover the function of uterine tube, but treat all symptoms and signs of the chronic pelvic inflammation, so as to raise pregnancy rate, the method give full play to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of infertility and have clinical scientificity and effectiveness, deserve to be popularized. |
