| Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Qingdanhuashi Decoction in treating Chronic Cholecystitis and Cholecystitis with Wetness-heat syndrome of liver and gallbladder.Method:60 patients with Chronic Cholecystitis were randomly divided into two groups:Patients in treatment group (n=30) were treated by Qindanhuashi Decoction.30cases in control group were treated by Xiaoyanlidan tablets. The therapeutic course was eight weeks and to observe the clinical effects and ultrasonography(US) in each group.Results:The total effective rate (86.67%) in treatment group was difference from those in control group (70.00%).The treatment group is better than the control group. In the efficiency rate of improving the US:the treatment group was 70.00%, the control group was 56.67%. Through statistical analysis, the effective of syndrome of TCM and US observing of the treatment group are better than that of the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Qingdanhuashi decoction can more improve the symptoms which except Losses of appetite greasy,Urinates yellow and Press pain of gallbladder area than control group significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusions:There is remarkable curative efficiency of Qingdanhuashi decoction in the treatment of Chronic Cholecystitis and Cholecystitis with Wetness-heat of liver and gallbladder type and not any side effect in the process of cure Chronic Cholecystitis... |
