| Objective To investigate residents of Qingdao daily diet of fat and fatty acid intake and composition, n-6/n-3 fatty acid ratio, long-chain n-3PUFA (ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid) intake and cardiovascular the relationship between diseases and the interaction of risk factors for cardiovascular disease lipid disorders and long-chainω3-PUFA intake between dyslipidemia and to further explore the interaction andω-3PUFA internal relations, balance of dietary fatty acids improve the fatty acid in food lipid regulate capacity for decision-making departments to develop reasonable, effective and safe prevention and control strategies to reduce coronary heart disease atherosclerosis and other cardiovascular morbidity and mortality, the majority of residents are fully aware the great role of non-pharmaceutical interventions provide a scientific basis.Materials and Methods Study of 189 cases and check the following:①Physical examination:including height, weight and blood pressure; asked about the history and family history, including history of present illness;②fasting blood biochemical examination:including blood triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (Tc), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) and glucose (Glu);③dietary survey:The food frequency method (FFQ), the food is divided into 8 categories, by simplifying the food site survery frequency table,asking each during the past year in a variety of food intake and intake frequency,the date entry computer,were calculated at the per capita consumption of various foods,as well as a variety of nutrients per day intake, including dietary fat intake and fatty acid composition data were statistically processed, analyzed the relationship between intake and blood lipids..Results Survey shows that residents of Qingdao Grains 200g per day is about the average intake of 26g or so potatoes, poultry meat and offal average intake of 85g, while the average daily intake of 73g seafood around and below the livestock and poultry meat and viscera, the average intake of seafood especially small fish, shrimp and clams intake than other high intake of seafood; nuts and average daily intake of fats and oils were around 23g and 40g or more. Qingdao residents, the average nutrient intake of protein about 16%of total calorie intake, carbohydrate 48%of the total calories, fat accounts for about 37%of calorie intake, high fat intake and nutrition in China over the Society recommended daily fat intake should account for 25 to 30%of total calories. Accounted for the highest proportion of fat intake of fats and oils, accounting for about 43%, followed by nuts, about 11%of total fat, while the proportion of poultry meat is 5%of seafood accounted for only about 1.8%. S:M:P is 1:1.5:1.49, S:M:P the appropriate recommendation: 1:1:1, MUFA, PUFA higher proportion of total fatty acids, and long-chain n-3PUFA low intake, only about 0.15g/person/day. n-6/n-3 ratio of 23, much larger than the unsaturated fatty acids in the proper value of the recommended n6/n3 4~6:1.Qingdao, a higher dietary fat intake was mainly due to cooking oil and nuts intake more. Various nutrient intake and blood lipid analysis of the relevance of the four, BMI, dietary fat, total fatty acids, saturated fatty acid intake and TG, TC, LDL is related to positive correlation; long-chain n-3PUFAs the intake and blood lipids in TG, TC, LDL's negative correlation, positive correlation with HDL, EPA, DHA, respectively, the correlation with lipid analysis and long-chain n-3PUFAs lipid analysis revealed similar results, indicating that long-chain n-3PUFAs on blood lipids may have the possibility of negative regulation. Grouped according to degree of lipid disorders, dyslipidemia group getting younger and younger age, BMI levels. Dyslipidemia group average intake of various nutrients and BMI values were higher than the healthy group; hyperlipidemia group, the average poultry meat and seafood intake were also higher than healthy group. The average fat intake≤68g/person/day, the long-chain n-3PUFAs, EPA, DHA and the correlation coefficient is negative lipids, long chain n-3PUFAs a negative regulator of TG trends; average intake of fat≥68g/person/day,the long-chain n-3PUFAs,EPA,DHA on blood lipids correlation coefficients were positive,and long-chain n-3PUFAs of TG,LDL has a positive role in regulating the trend.The above data shows the amount of dietary fat intake in the appropriate range, long-chain n-3PUFAs can play a role in lowering blood lipids, and high fat intake but will interfere with long-chain n-3PUFAs lipid regulation.Conclusion Through investigation and analysis of this study found that residents of Qingdao higher dietary fat intake, but the co-3 PUFA intake of food low, long-chainω-3 PUFA, EPA, DHA intake per capita is not high.ω-3PUFA negative correlation with lipid abnormalities, long-chainω-3PUFA has strong biological activity on the cardiovascular system has a broad regulatory role, increasing the dietary fish rich inω-3PUFA the product intake, can effectively prevent heart vascular diseases, development, and reduce blood fat, control mortality. |
