| Objective To examine the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)-C in cervical cancer, we also assessed the relationships of expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor and cervical carcinoma。Methods Collect surgical resection of 46 patients with cervical cancer patients organization (study) (patients were not accept preoperative chemotherapy and radiation), patients between the ages of 32-70 years old, median age 50. According to cerical cancer diagnostic code,46 cases in IA 13 cases, IB 15 cases,ⅡA 18 cases. Using western blot method to analyze the VEGF-C protein expression in 46cases of human normal cervical tissues, adjacent tissues and cervical cancer tissues. Results 1.the relative VEGF-C expression level in cervical cancer tissues, adjacent tissues and normal cervical tissues:the result show that expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)-C Ordinal increased (P <0.05).2. the relative VEGF-C expression level in different cerical cancer staging (FIGO):the result show that expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)-C Ordinal increased in adjacent tissues and different cerical cancer staging (FIGO) (P<0.05).Conclusion This study suggests that The expression of VEGF-C in cervical cancer tissues is more than expression in adjacent tissues and normal cervical tissues, And it has obviously correlation with cereal cancer staging(FIGO). Prompt that VEGF-C can be used as the one of important index of the biological behaviour. VEGF-C may be used to in the early diagnosis of cerical cancer. |
