| Objective:The aim of the project is to explore how does Chinese medi-cine improve blood viscosity to influence diastolic blood pressure by obse-rving the clinical cases.Using traditional Chinese medicine decoction or Chinese patent medicine of promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis to intervent hypertension and pioneering new ways to treat diastolic blood pressure.Method:70 cases of hypertension and hyperviscosaemia with Qi stagn-ancy and blood stasis syndrome were selected and divided into treatment group and control group,and were treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction co-mbined with fosinopril,fosinopril respectively for 1 months as 2 course of treatment.Comparing the date of hemorrheology and diastolic blood pressure from beginning to end and making related statistics to get the relationship of them.Results:1.Compared with Westernmedicine group, promoting blood circ-ulation by removing blood stasis can obviously improve the clinical sym-ptoms of the high diastolic blood pressure patients,the difference is signi-ficant(P<0.05).And the single main symptom is significantly alleviated(P< 0.01).2.Compared with Westernmedicine group, promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis can reduce diastolic blood pressure evidently,the difference is significant (P<0.05).3.Promoting blood circulation by remo-ving blood stasis can obviously reduce the blood viscosity of the high diastolic blood pressure patients,compared with the Westernmedicine group, the difference is significant(P<0.01).Conclusions:1.Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can further reduce the high diastolic blood pr-essure patients'blood pressure and improve the clinical sympotm and reduce the date of blood viscosity.2.This research proofs that using promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis to treat diastolic blood pressure is by the way of improving blood viscosity.Although it has a certain scientific research value and clinical significance,its specific mechanism and clinical efficacy still needs a further research. |
