Clinical Research About Comprehensive Therapies Of Shs In The Ischemic Stroke During Early Recovery

Purpose: to study shoulder - hand syndrome treatment in the ischemic stroke during early recovery, so as to guide clinical status, discover new more effective comprehensive treatment.Methods: take 60 cases of shoulder - hand syndrome patients in ischemic stroke (cerebral infarction)early recovery as research object,and use the unified diagnosis and the inclusion criteria, first, use of random methods make 60 patients formed A,B two groups respectively, the two groups adopt different rehabilitation therapies. A group for TCM acupuncture + massage + Chinese Medicine treatment + rehabilitation training of comprehensive rehabilitation training plan, B group for treatment of rehabilitation training ,both keep for 21 days. Before treatment and therapy were performed through Ashworth spasms evaluation standard, slow sexual paralysis assessment and pain number record scale (NRS) score, to compare the clinical curative effect of advantage of the two schemes on improving muscle tension, and alleviating pain.Results: results of clinical observation show the A group for significant efficiency is 53.33%,and the total effective rate of 96.67%.B group for significant efficiency 30.00%, and the total effective rate of 70.00%. Two group for total effectiveness and clinical significant efficiency were showed P < 0.01 by statistical processing, so there are significant differences, explaining the curative effect of A group was better than B.Conclusion: for the time being,use of comprehensive treatment of shoulder - hand syndrome in ischemic stroke during early recovery has made great progress, but it is still insufficient, based on that,to develop the new comprehensive therapies of TCM, reflecting its features and advantages , has very big development space.
