Purpose:Prospective cross-sectional study by the method, from the TCM perspective, based on factors of hyperlipidemia relationship between syndrome, attention syndrome evolution of the clinical features consistent with high cholesterol TCM syndrome distribution laws in order to facilitate clinical differentiate on and efficacy of medication.Method: 1. Case Source: The December 2009-2010 in 12-month period in Changchun Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Cardiology, University Hospital outpatients and inpatients, diagnosed with hyperlipidemia, patients with complete data for the study, a total of 100 cases.2. Methods a prospective cross-sectional study design, the research summarized designed as a "distribution of syndrome hyperlipidemia prospective case study questionnaire, "according to the contents of this table design to investigate patients met the inclusion criteria were gathering basic information, Chinese Syndrome, symptoms other items of information to build the type of hyperlipidemia syndromes and information database, extract the relevant syndrome factors. Using statistical analysis software SPSS13.0 database analysis, statistics.Result:1. The study included a total of 100 cases of patients, including 57 cases of male patients, female patients 43 cases; age of 79 years maximum, minimum of 37 years, mean age 57.08±9.39years; mean age of male and 57.09±9.17 years, the average age of women Was 57.07±9.66years; age distribution ratio to the 40-49 age group the largest proportion. The results show that different sex and age in patients with hyperlipidemia were no significant differences in composition.2. Elements in all syndromes of phlegm and the largest share, reaching 51%, followed by 49% of the blood stasis and the ratio of 36% of the deficiency, that deficiency phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of these three elements in the most common in patients with hyperlipidemia. Others are yang (24%), qi (23%), qi stagnation (9%). Which elements of solid phlegm syndrome (51%), blood stasis (49%) and Qi stagnation (9%); superficial elements of yin syndrome (36%), Yang (24%) and Qi (23%). 3. Syndrome factor combination are four categories: single-factor card, two-factor card, the three factors and four factors permit card. Portfolio in the four most common elements of the syndrome combined total of 16 species of deficiency in the single factor that appears in the card, followed by phlegm, blood stasis, qi; in the two-factor combination of cards in order to phlegm and blood stasis+the combination most other followed by the more to less yang+phlegm, qi+deficiency, qi stagnation+blood stasis, qi+yang, qi stagnation+ phlegm, qi+blood; combination of cards in the three factors to appear in more than a small proportion were qi+yin +blood, Yang+phlegm+blood stasis, qi+phlegm + blood stasis. Four factors permit, the yang+qi+phlegm+ blood stasis to be significantly less than the yin+yang +phlegm+blood stasis. Among the 16 combinations, the highest proportion of single factor deficiency, and two-factor card+cards phlegm and blood stasis, which accounted for 17% and 15%.Throughout the results include a combination of blood stasis phlegm + the proportion reached 29% of the total. That in lipid in the phlegm is more widely distributed. 4. View from the symptoms,①body fat (46%), head weight, such as wrap, chest tightness (38%), Ou e, hold the spit (27%), heavy limbs Ma (42%), palpitations (45%), insomnia (36%), port light, eat less(29%), tongue thick, creamy coating (31%), slippery pulse string(31%), are elements of the phlegm syndrome;②channeling pain away Xiong Xie expansion nausea (8%), precordial tingling(32%), upset, anxiety (6%), tongue edge spotted or ecchymoses(21%), the pulse astringent (24%), belonging to elements of the blood stasis syndrome;③dizziness (37%), tinnitus (25%), waist and knees (26%), five upset hot (17%), dry mouth (23%),forgetfulness (31%), headache (15%), impatience is easy Anger(14%), flushing, mouth pain (11%), constipation, red urine (9%), red tongue, little coating (24%), pulse breakdown (17%), red or dark purple, yellow moss (12%), pulse number of thin string or strings (9%), belonging to elements of the yin syndrome;④aversion to cold (22%), dizziness (37%), malaise and fatigue (18%), then Tong (12%), face limb edema (16%), eat less (29%), abdominal distention (17%), pale tongue, tender quality, white coating (12%), the pulse was small (19%), Elements belonging to the deficiency syndrome, Yang. Symptoms can be reflected from the ratio of the proportion of the most prominent phlegm. Conclusion: This study suggests that phlegm, blood stasis is the main syndrome of hyperlipidemia. Of this disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment of factors should be considered as a key phlegm.
