| Objective: Evaluating the effect of treating supracondylar fractures of the humerus in children by closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation。Methods: 46 children with supracondylar fractures of the humerus who were treated by closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation in 2008 to 2011 were summarized retrospectively, in order to study the effect of treating. Results: Conclusion:treating supracondylar fractures of the humerus in children by closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation can achieve fine function and shape of elbow joint, and decrease complications for example cubitus varus malformation and so on. |
