The disease incidence of unstable angina is higher year by year, it can induce AMI and Cardiogenic sudden death if not be early diacrisised and treated, early diacrisis myocardial ischemia is very important for UA, PCI,OPCABG are effective operations to cure UA, but,the operations also can damage myocardial. Ischemia Modified Album (IMA) and Heart Fatty Acid-Binding Protein(H-FABP) have good sensitivity for myocardial damage as new marks. Domestic and foreign still lacked correlation research, which diacrisis of UA earlier and evaluat myocardial injury in Peroperative of PCI and OPCABG by IMA and H-FABP.Objective:Study the change of IMA and H-FABP after chest pain to research the contribution of IMA and H-FABP for UA early diacrisis; Study the change of IMA and H-FABP in Peroperative of PCI and OPCABG to research the contribution of IMA and H-FABP for evaluat myocardial injury.Methods:40 patients with UA, cTnI,IMA and H-FABP were detected in serial blood samples drawn at visit instantly(T0),3h(T1),6h(T2),12h(T3),24h(T4) after chest pai; 10 health volunteer as control group. PCIgroup(20 patients),IMA,H-FABP,cTnI were detected in serial blood samples drawn before operation(TO) and after the first bracket insertion at lh(T1),3h(T2),6h(T3),12h(T4),24h(T5); The OPCABG group(20 patients),IMA,H-FABP,cTnI were detected in serial blood samples drawn before operation(T0),after the first bypass artery succeed atlh(Tl),3h(T2),6h(T3),12h(T4),24h(T5).Results:1,The time of emergence,achieve apex and come round to normal of IMA,H-FABP after chest pain is earlier than cTnI.2,The sensitivity of IMA,H-FABP is better than the sensitivity of cTnI before T2.3,The level of IMA is connected whit the level of cTnI, the level of H-FABP is connected whit the level of cTnI.4,After PCI,OPCABQ the time of emergence and achieve apex is is earlier than cTnI.5,After PCI, the level of IMA and H-FABP is connected with the level of cTnI.6,After OPCAB, the level of IMA is not connected with the level of cTnI; the level of H-FABP is connected with the level of cTnI.Conclusion:1,EVIA,H-FABP can elevate the early diagnosis efficiency of UA.2,The level of IVIA and H-FABP are connected with the degree of myocardial damage.3,After PCI,OPCABQ IMA,H-FABP can reflect myocardial damage earlier than cTnI.4,After PCI,the level of IMA and H-FABP can reflect the degree of myocardial damage.5,After OPCAB, the level of IMA can not reflect the degree of myocardial damage completely; the level of H-FABP can reflect the degree of myocardial damage.
