| Fuzhuan tea is the Life "tea" of nomadic people in China, the main origin is Yiyang, Hunan province. Through two distinct processes, piling and "flooding", if's material composition changed radically and intricately, thereby, constituted a special quality characteristics. Fu brick tea's lipid-lowering function, has been confirmed by a large number of reports, but these reports have been mainly concerned about the effect of lipid-lowering and macro-mechanism, the previous studies could not reflect the regulation of the body Lipid Metabolism by Fuzhuan Tea in the real situation, also that limited the development and promotion of its function product.Therefore, some advanced technologies such as qualitative and quantitative analysis of active components of plants,cellular experiment in vitro and animal experiment were integrated in the study, to investigate the functional material and mechanism of the regulation of lipid metabolism by Fuzhuan Tea. The results as follows:1. Fuzhuan tea's water extract and alcohol extract were the stuffs, Lovastatin and Simvastatin those which are medicine of hypolipemic were the standards, UV scanning, TLC and HPLC-MS and other analytical tools been used to explore that the material base of Fuzhuan Tea's function of regulation of lipid metabolism. TLC analysis indicated that the alcohol extract and Lovastatin,Simvastatin have a common band; analysis the HPLC-MS results, we known that Lovastatin,Simvastatin retention time 3.1min,4min, and Fuzhuan tea extract no peaks at the corresponding time, illustrated that Lovastatin and Simvastatin are not existed in Fuzhuan tea.2. Using 1mL/L of 20% fat emulsion medical treat L-02 liver cells for 48h to replicate non-alcoholic fatty degeneration of liver cells, and then added different concentrations of extracts and formulas treat 24h and 48h, automatic biochemical analysis analyse level of triglycerides (TG) in liver cells and two aminotransferase(ALT and AST) in culture fluid, to research the Effects of Fuzhuan Tea and Formula on Content of TG in L-02 Steatotic Hepatocytes. The results showed that Fu brick tea extraction and Formula 1 can significantly lower TG levels in fatty liver (P<0.05), which tell us that Fuzhuan Tea could intervene directly to liver.3. According to the experiment of layers fed, Fuzhuan Tea and its water-soluble extracts were used as feed additive to investigate their effects on the Lipid Metabolism and production performance of layers with a control diet. The result suggests a significant improvement for both significantly decreased Ch in yolk of 6.70%(P<0.05) and 10.73%(P<0.05) and laying performance with increased production of 36.19%(P<0.01) and 24.11%(P<0.05). |
