Objective:Retrospective analysis of intertrochanteric fractures of the surgical results compared with the PFNA DHS spiral blade in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures. DHS spiral blade and PFNA of the two internal fixation devices to choose and clinical efficacy. Methods:from October 2008 to December 2010 Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were used to DHS spiral blade (A group), anti-rotation of proximal femoral nail PFNA (B group) and internal fixation group and 78 cases of femoral rough Long-fracture patients. Through from the operation time, incision length, X-ray exposure times, blood loss, postoperative drainage, fracture healing time, postoperative complications, postoperative functional recovery and other aspects of the results between the two groups, analysis of two The efficacy of internal fixation, and how to choose the type of fracture fixation devices. Results:A group and B group the length of the incision, intraoperative X-ray exposure times, blood loss, fracture healing time, the degree of functional recovery after surgery there was significant (P<.005). Compared with A group B group the length of the small incision, less blood loss, fracture healing time is short, good functional recovery after surgery, but the increased number of X ray exposure. Conclusions:Spiral blade in the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures of the clinical effect is very positive, including fixed with spiral blade intramedullary effect is particularly prominent.
