| Objective: Through the comparison and analysis about treatment early, middle, late ofproximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PFNA) and dynamic hip screw spiral blade inintertrochanteric fractures, discuss the two internal fixation devices to choose and providereference for clinical efficacy. Methods: Analysis from September2010to November2012Affiliated Hospital ofShandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were used to PFNA or DHS spiralblade treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in54patients,including33cases of whichwere treated by PFNA,21cases were treated by DHS spiral blade.By recording preparationand handling in perioperative period, surgery operations and various indicators (includingincision length, operation time, blood loss, X-ray exposure times),postoperative complica-tions,follow-up of their different stages of fracture healing, postoperative functional recove-ry,and explore within these two select Fixed clinical effect and internal fixation methods. Results: PFNA group and DHS spiral blade group incision length, operation time, blood loss,X-ray exposure times, fracture healing time was statistically significant (P <0.05).Compared with the DHS spiral blade group,PFNA group is smaller incision, shorter surgicaltime, less blood loss, fracture healing with a short time, but a relatively large number of Xray exposure.Fixation of the PFNA group Harris hip score was higher than DHS spiralblade group. Conclusions:PFNA treatment of intertrochanteric fractures was significantly higherthan DHS spiral blade,to better maintain the stability of the fracture, which will help restorehip function in patients as an ideal internal fixation. |
