| Objective The aim of this research is observing clinic curative about treating coronary heart disease. Through the combination of the Xuefuzhuyu Detoction With isosorbide mononitrate in treating angina pectoris, we can evaluate the curative effect of decoction, and observe security of the medicine in short ter, for further research on treating coronary heart disease with Chinese medicine.Methods 40 cases who was diagnosed as angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups.20 cases in the treatment group were dealt with the Xuefuzhuyu Detoction and isosorbide mononitrate,while the other 20 cases in the control group were simply used isosorbide mononitrate.It was used two cycles with 1 month per cycle.Cases in the treatment group took the decoction of Xuefuzhuyu,one does each day. Score of clinical symptoms, ECG, Treadmill test, TCM symptoms, were assessed before and after the treatment.The result were analyzed by the statistical software.Resultsâ‘ 19 cases(95%) were effective in treatment group while in the control group 12 cases(55%) were effective. So TCM symptoms and efficacy of the treatment group is good than the control group (P<0.05),which was comparable.â‘¡Both the detoction of xuefuzhuyu and isosorbide mononitrate can improve clinical symptoms, electrocardiogram(ECG) effectively, but the improvement of the treatment group was better than the control group.â‘¢Both the detoction of xuefuzhuyu and isosorbide mononitrate can improve the results of the treadmill exercise test, but the improvement of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion The clinical effect of the Xuefuzhuyu Detoction with isosorbide mononitrate in treating angina peetoris with Syndrome of Stagnation of Qi and Blood Statis is reliable.
