Study On Syndrome-treatment And Prescription-drugs Of Disease Resembling Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease By Medicalcases Of Four Physicians Of Menghe Medical Sect

Objective The writer has mined the medical-cases of four Physicians of Menghe Medical Sect, in order to provide some clinical experience about GERD for modern doctor of chinese medicine.Methods The medical-case study is based on frequency analysis and association analysis. Firstly, medical-cases which have recorded the disease resembling to GERD are collected. Secondly, datas of all the medica-cases are normalizationed, pretreatmented, and database is established. Thirdly, distribution of symptom, syndrome factors and herbs are analysed by Microsoft excel 2003. Then, significance test between these distribution differences are analysed by SPSS 16.0. Fourthly, association between symptom and syndrome factors, association between symptom and herbs, association between syndrome and herbs and association between herb and herb are analysed separately by AlphaMiner2.0. Lastly, to have the datas, which have been mined by Microsoft excel 2003, SPSS16.0, AlphaMiner2.0, explaned following the chinese medicine theory.Results 1,There is no significant difference among the four physicians about symptom, syndrome factors, herbs.2,There are many effective rules between symptom and syndrome factors, between symptom and herbs, between syndrome and herbs and between herb and herb.Conclusions 1,The main experience of the four physicians of the Menghe medical sect as follows. There are many locations, including liver, stomach, spleen, heart, lung, kindey, main and collateral channels, however, the most key locations are liver and stomach. Syndrome differentiation contains Zang and Fu syndrome differentiation, Qi and blood syndrome differentiation, Yin and Yang syndrome differentiation, cold and heat syndrome differentiation, phlegm and damp syndrome differentiation. The main pathogenesis is disharmony between liver and stomach, phlegm and damp blocking stomach, stomach gas conversing. The therapy rule is inhibiting wood and regulating stomach, resolving phlegm and damp, removing heat from the liver and normalizing spleen. Meanwhile, warming the cold, removing the heat by cold, tonifying the weak are obeyed. The prescription is characterd by mild. The Yimuhezhong decoction, Wuji pill, Erchen decotion are mostly used.2,Although there are differences between the four physicians, they share the same medical sect opinion of mild therapy.
