On The Basis Of Data Mining,the Clinical Experience Of Professor Chen Qiao’s Treatment Of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Based On Mutual Differentiation Of Body And Syndrome

Objective: Professor Chen Qiao is the academic successor of the National fifteen key specialties--the key specialties of spleen and stomach diseases.He has been engaged in the clinical,scientific research and teaching work of TCM gastroenterology for a long time,accumulated rich clinical diagnosis and treatment experience,and is good at diagnosing and treating various gastroenterology diseases such as gastrointestinal,hepatobiliary and so on.In this study,data mining technology was adopted to analyze the clinical experience and medication rules of Professor Chen Qiao in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease,in order to summarize and inherit the distinguished treatment thoughts and academic experience of his tutor,and provide experience reference for the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Outpatient prescriptions of patients with gastroesophageal reflux diagnosed by Professor Chen Qiao in Liuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to December 2022 meeting the inclusion criteria were collected,including name,age,gender,information of four diagnoses,syndrome type treatment,physical typing,prescription,etc.,for standardized data processing,and imported into excel form to establish a database.The processed database was input into the traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance platform(version 3.0)software,and the frequency of medication was counted through the aspects of medication frequency,efficacy,meridian normalization and medicinal property of the software.The compatibility rule was revealed through the analysis of drug frequency,strong association rule and drug clustering,and the advantages and characteristics of medication were evaluated by combining TCM syndrome types,symptoms and constitution types.To provide reference for optimizing prescription and improving curative effect.Results: 1.General information: A total of 144 patients with GERD were included in this study,including 71 males and 73 females,with a male to female ratio of 1:1.03.By analyzing the age of the patients,it was found that GERD was at a high incidence age between 30 and 59 years old.Statistical analysis of clinical symptoms showed that acid reflux,loose stool,heartburn,abdominal distension and discomfort,belching and other symptoms were in the first place.Tongue quality is mainly light red tongue,tongue coating is mainly white,thin white moss;The pulse pattern mainly consists of sinking pulse and weak sinking pulse.Statistics show that there are 13 TCM syndrome types,among which spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome,spleen and stomach Yang deficiency syndrome,liver and stomach disharmony syndrome,spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome and spittoon qi stagnation syndrome are the most common.There are 7 types of TCM constitution,and the frequency of Yang deficiency,Qi stagnation and Qi deficiency is the highest.2.Analysis of traditional Chinese medicine: 111 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were counted out from 144 prescriptions in this study.The top 10 most frequently used ingredients were poria cocos,Codonopsis codonopsis,Bupleurum bupleurum,fried sour jujube kernel,roasted licorice,Radix paeoniae paeoniae,Tangerine peel,Jiaoshenqu,Radix atractyloides,cassia twig;The order of four qi is warm,flat,cold,hot,cool;The order of the five tastes of Chinese medicine was occinia,bitter,sweet,sour and salty.To spleen,lung,stomach,heart,kidney meridian most;The top five effects are tonifying deficiency,regulating qi,relieving surface,benefiting water and dampness,and clearing heat.3.Prescription association rules: Core drug analysis was conducted on the top 5 high-frequency syndrome types,and it was found that the core formula of spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome was Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction.The core prescription of spleen and stomach Yang deficiency syndrome is Wenweiyang Decoction.The core prescription of liver and stomach disharmony syndrome was acid spitting decoction;The core prescription of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome was poria Si I he GUI Gan Longmu plus or minus;The core prescription of spittoon stagnation syndrome is eight kinds of Jieyu decoction.Conclusion: Professor Chen Qiao believes that the occurrence of this disease is closely related to the individual constitution,mainly due to the weakness of the spleen and stomach,the loss of spleen health transport,the loss of liver constipation,the disorder of the rise and fall of the spleen and stomach qi,and the reverse of the stomach qi.Constitution affects the syndromes and prognosis of the disease.In the treatment,we should distinguish between body and syndrome,grasp the contradiction of syndromes,and regulate the bias of constitution throughout the treatment core.During the treatment,individual physical conditioning program suitable for patients should be formulated,and the symptoms and root causes should be treated through TCM differentiation.Prescription drugs are cold and warm at the same time,xin open bitter drop with good drugs,drugs are mostly peaceful.
