Objective:To better understand the Danzhimengshi on generalized anxiety disorder (Tanhuoraoshen Syndrome) clinical efficacy, evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder, to provide a theoretical basis.Methods:The clinical trial followed a randomized, controlled clinical trial, patients were observed in 48 cases,24 patients of treatment group,24 patients in control group, the treatment group to DanZhimengshi treatment, the control group were Flupentixol and melitracen tablets in the treatment,3 times throughout the experiment arranged visit, the first visit scheduled for 1 day 1 first visit,2nd visit scheduled for the 2nd week treatment, arrangements for the 3rd visit after treatment in patients 4th weekend. Before and after treatment with traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms to be integral and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) points evaluated. By the treatment compared with the treatment group and control group to determine the efficacy of Danzhimengshi on generalized anxiety disorder (Tanhuoraoshen syndrome) patients.Results:(1) in the treatment of 2 weeks,all patients'HAMA points were improved, but there were no significant differences (P> 0.05).4 weeks later, HAMA points significantly improved in both groups and had significant difference HAMA points (P<0.05), showed that after 4 weeks of treatment, the treatment group had better result than the control group. (2) in the treatment of 2 weeks, both groups were lower TCM syndrome score, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05), indicating that the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is better than western medicine. To 4 weeks, both groups than before treatment TCM syndrome score significantly improved in both groups was statistically different TCM syndrome score (P<0.05), showed that after 4 weeks of treatment, clinical symptoms improvement of traditional Chinese medicines are better than western medicine. (3) from the adverse side, the treatment process, the Chinese medicine were no obvious adverse reaction, western medicine occasional constipation, dry mouth and other symptoms.Conclusion:Danzhimengshi treatment of generalized anxiety(Tanhuoraoshen Syndrome)permits a significant interference effect, short-term efficacy similar to Flupentixol and melitracen tablets, long-term effective better than Flupentixol and melitracen tablets, and no significant adverse reactions. So that Danzhimengshi treatment of generalized anxiety disorder (Tanhuoraoshen Syndrome) permit interference with lasting effect, less side features. |
