Yang Rong Xiao Ban Pill Treatment Of Female Clinical Observation Of Facial Chloasma

Objective:In this study, Yang Rong xiao ban pills mainly to observe the treatment of female facial Chloasma the clinical efficacy. Selecting of effective prescription treatment of facial Chloasma, Clarify drug mechanism, and promote their clinical application.Methods:The subjects were 70 treatment Chloasma typical female patients of dermatological department of the first Affiliated Hospital to Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2009 to December 2010. Exclude skin pigmentation caused by other diseases (such as nevus fusco-caeruleus zygomaticus, Lear's melanosis, etc) and related to medical diseases caused by Chloasma. And within 1 month before treatment were not taking medication of other treatment of Chloasma. They were QI stagnation blood stasis, Liver and kidney deficiency type in TCM. Patients were according to the doctor order and consecutive numbers, randomly divided into two groups:treatment group 35 cases of oral Pills Yang Rong xiao ban,9g,3 times a day. The control group 35 cases while oral Glutathione,400mg,3 times a day. The two groups were in 3 months for a course of treatment. After a course of treatment were observed before and after treatment of Chloasma the clinical symptoms and signs, lesion, size, the color of the skin lesions were observed.Results:Clinical efficacy of the treatment group was 85.7%, the clinical efficacy of the control group was 74.3%, the difference was significant compared the two groups(P<0.05), note Chloasma treatment group was superior to the clinical efficacy of control group. Lesions after treatment the treatment group score was 1.71±1.53, control group lesions score was 2.29±1.30, compared the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05), that the treatment group to improve the efficacy of local lesions significantly superior to the control group.Conclusion:(1) Yong Rong xiao ban pills can promote blood circulation, reducing the spot area, reduce the stain color. (2) Yong Rong xiao ban pills is a safe and effective drug to treatment Chloasma.
