Pneumonia TCM Syndrome Type Evolution Characteristics And Different Age TCM Syndrome Type Distribution Characteristics

Objective:Explore the evolution of pneumonia in children TCM characteristics and distribution of different age characteristics of TCMMethods:Through the inclusion of the 380 cases of pediatric pneumonia,in the treatment of the day (baseline points),3,5,7,10 days after treatment were observed and recorded TCM, statistical observation of children with pneumonia in different time evolution characteristics of TCM And observe the day of pneumonia in children treated with TCM distribution is there any correlation between age of onset.Results:380 cases of children with pneumonia on 3rd days after the baseline to treatment,Feng Re Bi Fei syndrome and Tan Re Bi Fei syndrome were the major types,and fewer cases had change of types.Five days after treatment,the above-mentioned two types were still the major ones,but most cases had change of types.On the 7th day of treatment,some cases changed to Yin Xu Fei Re syndrome and insufficiency of Fei Pi Qi Xu syndrome. On the tenth day,most of the Feng Han Bi Fei syndrome; Feng Re Bi Fei syndrome and Tan Re Bi Fei syndrome turned to normal cases, different age pneumonia TCM syndrome type distribution has its characteristics:1-3 years old children, including 182 cases of Tan Re Bi Fei syndrome 95 cases, accounting for lung card 52.20%; Secondly poison Du Re Bi Fei syndrome 16 cases. The results showed that the 76.19% of Du Re Bi Fei syndrome were mainly in 1 3 years old children.4-7 years old children 150 cases of pneumonia, Feng Re Bi Fei syndrome 99 cases of lung card, accounting for 66.00%, Tan Re Bi Fei syndrome, accounting for 44 cases of lung card 29.33%, explain this age pneumonia patients, mainly in Feng Re Bi Fei syndrome, Tan Re Bi Fei syndrome.8-14 children of 48 cases of pneumonia,Fen Han Bi Fei syndrome 5 cases, accounting for 10.42%, Feng Re Bi Fei syndrome 33 cases of lung card, accounting for 68.75%. This shows that were seen mainly in older infants pneumonia Feng Han Bi Fei syndrome and Feng Re Bi Fei syndrome. Conclusions:1. Onset ages and medical infantile pneumonia that there is a correlation of TCM syndrome distribution (P<0.05)2. Pneumonia in TCM syndrome type of disease's development, present dynamic evolution process, thus make every syndrome in different period of the distribution of observation have certain features.
