| Buyang Huanwu Tang as the classic recepto for Buqi Huoxue is widely used in the clinical treatment for Apoplexy sequela of qi deficiency and blood stasis,and curative effect is distinct.The study on the basis of previous studies,put Buyang Huanwu Tang used to treat chronic heart failure of qi deficiency and blood stasis,to comprehensive evaluation its clinical curative effect.Objective:Explore the clinical curative effect of Buyang Huanwu Tang for chronic heart failure patients of qi deficiency and blood stasis,in order to provide experimental basis for the clinical application of Buyang Huanwu Tang.Methods:Selection 60 patients with chronic heart failure of Heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine subsidiary first hospital from January 2010 to January 2011,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 patients in either group.The control group adopt western medicine treatment resistance to heart failure,the treatment group based on the above treatment combined with Buyang Huanwu Tang.Three weeks later,we observe the TCM symptoms curative effect integral,Heart failure integral,Cardiac function,Heart color ultrasonic index(EF,FS,E/A) and 6-minute walking test.The results were statistical analysis by SPSS 15.0, Results:Two groups compared before and after treatment,Two groups than before treatment after treatment improved obviously in TCM symptoms curative effect integral,Heart failure integral,Cardiac function,Heart color ultrasonic index(EF,FS,E/A) and 6-minute walking test(P<0.01).The treatment group than in control group(P<0.05).During the course of treatment,not observed it on the heart,liver, kidney and the blood system have any side effects.Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu Tang can effectively improve the qi deficiency and blood stasis of chronic heart failure patients with heart failure symptoms,TCM symptoms,NYHA,6MWT distance,no significant side effects.It has good security. |
